Employee Examinations - Washington County School District - Adopted 8-79; Revised 9-9-80
To protect employees and students of the District from harm and insure fitness for duty.
Whenever, in the judgement of the administration, an employee's health places the welfare of pupils or the efficiency of the school in question, the employee shall, upon request from the administration, submit to a physical health or psychiatric examination by a doctor chosen by the administration. The District shall pay for such examinations.
Distribution: Board Members, Superintendent, Associations, Assistant Superintendents, Administrators and Principals.
